IIM Ahmedabad offers online programme for startups & SMEs on effective management in service sector Ahmedabad, June 8 (KNN) The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad is offering its Live Online Programme on Effective Management for startups and small and medium SMEs in service sector from June 25 to July 17.

The programme will take a practice-based approach in understanding various concepts related to the service sector and how these methods and frameworks can enable executives in making informed decisions in service sector firms.

It will specifically illuminate how to enhance the service quality delivered and how to deliver value to the customer seeking service. The last date for applications is June 10.

The use of frameworks in analyzing and solving managerial dilemmas will enhance the capabilities of participants to transfer the learnings to their respective workplaces.

The programme will be delivered over four weekends through a virtual platform and will use a mix of pedagogies including case studies, lectures and presentations.

It will focus on understanding the nuances of the service sector and deliver superior customer value.

The course will also comprehend service sector related frameworks and concepts and apply them to make decisions.

The programme is designed for middle and senior level executives, and entrepreneurs with a role in managerial capacity from service sector firms, such as healthcare, technology, telecom, media and entertainment, hospitality, tourism, startups and SMEs in service sectors etc.
